good stuff

went to the goods dept with rizkiansyah last night. we have planned to watch a music concert at some local mall but because he was soo late to picked me up so we went to grand Indonesia instead because it's the only place i know that still serves food at 10 pm. so we grab some meal at the GOODS cafe which is located at the GOODS department, the new "it" store in Jakarta that sells various items from many awesome local brands. the food was pretty good and they still have a discount trial up to 25%. i am so happy to see that teenagers in Jakarta is actually excited to buy things from our local brand, and i think the quality that these brands sold is able to compete in the international market. some of them already sold their goods to other countries like Singapore and Australia (nikicio, cotton ink, etc.), and that's an outstanding achievement for them.

i bought this silver ballet flats there. the brand is petite cupcakes and they sold a very very cute girlie style clothes. I've been meaning to buy this shoes and I've been checking out their online store for a while, but I'm not sure about my size and if it's comfortable to wear or not. thank god they sell it at the goods dept :D they're really serious about the packaging, it's like a packaging for cakes because that's their concept, right? they even named each collection by cakes and patisserie names like "snowflakes" and "gingersnap". i know, cute right? i just wished i had more money, because the stuff at the goods dept is so hard to resist!

anyway....... NYLON INDONESIA IS HERE!!!!! along with NYLON GUYS INDONESIA!!!! why am i so excited? why do i care anyway? well let me tell you why..... Because MY SISTER IS THE MANAGING EDITOR OF NYLON INDONESIA. it's like, the highest position after the editor in chief. Seeing this magazine the first time (before it's even available in the store, yes i have the privilege to read it first every month) i drop a tear. it really is THAT awesome. to see my sister's name in almost every page of this magazine.... the feeling is priceless. proud, happy, -well mostly proud- and i know that every teenager in Jakarta would be jealous of me :p i know how hard she have worked for this magazine, she's coming home late everyday, she's tired and sleeping the whole day on weekends, it's just paid off by seeing this magazine. this magazine represents her so much. and i know she's really happy in her new office now. I'm gonna tell you one more time, this magazine is so cool because there's no other magazine here in Indonesia that has concept like this one. I'm not gonna give the sneak peek here, you have to buy it yourself ;)
