i had run 2 laps around my block this morning. i haven't been running since my last senior years, so it's really hard to control my breath while i was running. i promise myself i will lose 10 kilograms in 3 months. because i'm goin to Bali, 1st of August and i want my stomach to be flat by then. i know i can't be as thin as models, my bone structure builds my body to be curvy. i'm aware of that and i din't intend to change it. all i want is a flat stomach and tight muscles everywhere.. wish me luck guys :D
